I have been a trombone player for over 20+ years.  You know me, the band geek that started in grade 6.  Yeah, it
was me conducting the Pep Band in college. Like you, I dreamed of performing in rock groups like Chicago, Earth,
Wind and Fire, and Blood, Sweat and Tears.  And perform with Jazz Bands that featured Sammy Nestico, Duke
Ellington, Glenn Miller, Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Stan Kenton, Buddy Rich, Bill Watrous and
Maynard Ferguson, to name a few.  The arrangements comprise:
Full Score
4-8 Trombone Parts
1 Electric Bass
Add your own set drummer
The arrangements are complete adaptations from the full jazz band arrangements licensed to sell.  
Each chart grades out college or above.

The upper range tends to be around C (4 lines above the staff) and the lower register tends to be
around C(below the staff).

If you have a buddy that plays Tuba or Souzaphone, then you can sub for the electric bass.
Add a set drummer ad lib (no music provided).
(Hey drummers can't really read music anyway!)
